A Kultura favourite
Crispy Pata
Slow-cooked pork shank, crisp skin, soy-vinegar dip. Made for the middle of the table.
Filipino soul. Glasgow heart.
The first sizzle. The next round.
The people you want around.
A warm Glasgow welcome
From the first sizzle to the last spoonful, our food is an invitation to try a little more. Bring the people you love eating with. We’ll bring a little Filipino soul.

By Dolores’ Lutong Bahay
Kultura was born from a family’s love for Filipino food and bringing people together. It all started in 2002 when the Parents began a small catering business in the Philippines. The family later moved to Scotland in 2010, with hopes of expanding their catering business and exploring new opportunities in the hospitality industry.
From cooking for friends to catering community events, the demand grew, and in 2022, Dolores’ Lutong Bahay was officially established. With the support of their four children, the dream expanded into what is now Kultura — a celebration of Filipino flavours and culture in the heart of Aberdeen and Glasgow.
Every dish on this menu is made with heart, tradition, and a touch of home.
Maraming salamat — and enjoy!
